This wild looking guy is Robert "Toecutter", "Slug Bait" Burton, world's best roadie/guitar tech/drum tech. Heart played at his high school in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada, long before they became well known. Robert asked if he could help move gear after the show. He went on to become a loyal friend, employee, and morale booster.
